Lockdown Protocol

Welcome to Lockdon Protocol!

This is a game I created, inspired by The Thing and Rick and Morty (Season 2, Episode 4 - "Total Rickall").

The game tries to emulate the craziness of that specific episode within the suspenseful setting of The Thing. It plays like Werewolf (Mafia), but with a twist: no sleep phase and no narrator required.

⏳ TL;DR (Quick Rules Summary)

• The Lore: Isolated researchers discover there are more people than beds at the base. Fragile parasites, capable of implanting false memories, have infiltrated the facility. The base goes into Lockdown.
• The Objective: Humans must eliminate all Parasites to safely unlock the base. Parasites must survive until the end.
• The Gameplay: Continuous, open discussion divided into Accusation, Voting, and Elimination Phases. No "night phases." Facilitators are optional.
• Voting: Anyone can accuse someone. Once 2 players have been accused, the group votes. The player with the most votes gets shot and eliminated.
• The Revenge Shot (The Big Weapon): Upon death, the player's card is revealed. If they are a Human, adrenaline allows them to fire a revenge shot, immediately killing someone else (triggering a chain reaction). Parasites die instantly and silently.
• Normal Game Ending: The game continues until only 2, 1, or 0 players remain alive. If any Parasites survive, they win. If only Humans remain, Humans win. If everyone dies, it's a tie (Mutual Destruction)!
• Optional Mechanics: Advanced rules such as Premature Ending and Preemptive Shot provide opportunities for extreme bluffing and cutting debates short.
